Over 20 years experience planning events and conferences of all sizes including budgeting, scheduling, theme development, spiritual care, registration, staffing, food/beverage, advertising, social media engagement, sponsorship, rentals, and venue contracts.

Staff

Pastor Cook is an experienced Pastor with a demonstrated history of working in the religious institutions industry. Skilled in Pastoral Counseling, Preaching, Spiritual Direction, Stewardship, and Volunteer Management.

Elected and invited to serve on multiple boards and event planning teams in top leadership capacities. Board involvement has ranged from volunteer services, church administration, alumni and institutional relations.

Strong community and social services professional with a Master of Divinity focused in Pastoral Ministry, Liturgy, Reformation History from Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia.

Rafael Scarfullery

Rafael is a creative musician who composes and performs music to share compassion, joy, and peace. Rafael’s career includes concerts internationally and with orchestras, including two guitar recitals at Carnegie Hall, and he’s one of the most awarded classical musicians in the Dominican Republic.

Staff

He has three degrees in classical guitar performance (BM from Brooklyn College, MM and DMA from Shenandoah University), a MM in orchestral conducting from Shenandoah University, and a MM in composition from Stephen F. Austin State University. He also has four professional certifications from the American Guild of Organists, including the AAGO, and has a graduate certificate in church music from Shenandoah University. Rafael is the music director and organist at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Marlton, New Jersey. He has a Youtube channel for sharing his compositions and performances and his website is www.RafaelScarfullery.com.

Allison Shingleton

With 25 years of experience working in a professional office setting, Allison takes pride in providing support services to her community. She has held the position of administrative assistant for several small organizations and spent 17 years working in the pharmaceutical industry with focus on project management, quality control, and global team building.  She earned a BA in psychology from Rutgers University.

She resides locally with her 4 cats (the quad-squad) and enjoys spending time outdoors, baking cookies, crocheting, and gathering with friends and family.
